Ledbetter Cheddar Bacon Twice Baked Potato

Ingredients
4 Potatoes 1 lb each
2 t Garlic Salt
4 oz. Butter
4 oz. Cream Cheese
4 oz. Sour Cream
Green Onion (optional)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bake Potatoes at 350 for 90 minutes, cool slightly, cut in half lengthwise
Scoop out potatoes leaving enough to hold shape of skin
Take scooped out potato and mix with remaining ingredients until creamy
Scoop into potato shells
Sprinkle tops of filled potatoes with shredded sharp cheddar and cooked bacon
Refrigerate for 1 hour, Bake 30 minutes at 350
