Meet Ledbetter

For grocery retailers, Ledbetter has production capacity available in our Memphis, TN; Cincinnati, OH and Olympia, WA facilities. Our capabilities include but are not limited to Case Ready Pork Offals, Case Ready Beef Grinds, Case Ready Beef and Case Ready Pork. We offer in-line enhancement of the meat we cut free of charge. We believe we are the low cost producer of Case Ready Pork in the USA.

Our packaging capabilities include but are not limited to MAP (Modified Atmosphere), Cry-o-Vac vacuum packaging and mother bag for tray over-wrapped products. We also have virtually unlimited packaging options with our lidded packing machine and our shrink tunnel capabilities. Our USDA inspected facilities are mostly limited to production of fresh meat items.

Custom Co-packing either ingredient or finished goods for consumer meat products is our specialty. We have helped pioneer several consumer goods products and have been successful at driving production costs down for these brands.
