BLEU CHEESE STUFFED BEEF FILET
Cooking Instructions
6 oz Beef Filets
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz premium blue cheese per filet
Butter
Finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper filets to taste and cook according to package directions. Just before filets are at the desired doneness, remove them and cut a pocket onto the side of each one. Stuff each pocket with 1 ounce of bleu cheese and top each with a bit of butter. Sprinkle lightly with chopped parsley. Cook a few more minutes until cheese and butter are melted.
