Grill or Broil: Cook on a gas grill on high or over red hot charcoal coals for 4 to 6 minutes per side.
Bake: Cook in baking pan in 400 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Skillet: Cook in a preheated skillet over medium high heat approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees for beef and pork steaks and 165 degrees for Chicken Filets. Cooking times may vary. Additional time may be needed to cook Chicken properly.
